Super RESPONSIVE- which is hard to find in Franklin County.  Our job was on the smaller side - and not on the lake - so it appears that contractors here are not interested in that work.  But I got Frank’s name from an acquaintance- who reached out to Frank - and within 24 hours Frank came out to look at the job.  I received a quote from him three days later, and started the work a week later - which was a 24’ x 24’ reinforced cement pad in an existing garage and an about 12’ x 12’ open pad for a future tack room. Because I had already reached out to a few smaller/independents in the area and received no response, i had an bid to compare it to - but a few of my husband’s friends who have had work done in the past - said the pricing was very fair.  The guys doing the job were very nice, and the foreman Richard, answered all my questions when the job was done.  Just the best company to work with and we will use them again for future, larger projects.
